loom

One photo a day, but only of something you made — a meal, a sketch, a commit, a stitched seam, a bookshelf rearranged. Auto-cropped, auto-collaged, weekly.

"Verifiable proof of generative life."

Thesis-fit caveat: loom currently generates its own data rather than harnessing data from another main app. Per the corrected Lino Labs thesis (2026-05-15), every mini-app should ride on data a user already has somewhere else, with the klipped content carrying that source URL. The AI re-skin below makes loom thesis-fit.

The hook

One photo a day. Camera-first, zero friction. Auto-collages into a weekly 7-cell strip. The point is verifiable proof of generative life, not curated highlights.

The user

Late-20s/30s makers who feel their identity flattening into job + scrolling. Installs after seeing a friend's klip strip light up with seven gorgeous tiles. The friction is zero — it's just the camera.

AI layer (the re-skin)

What it doesReads your "I made things" signal from other apps — GitHub commits, Strava activities, Spotify scrobbles, Shopify orders — and an LLM auto-composes a weekly "I made things" tile with deep-links to each source. Optional camera photo gets auto-tagged with whatever was happening in your other apps at that moment.
InputConnected-app activity streams + optional camera photo
OutputWeekly maker strip + per-tile source deep-links + caption
Why with > withoutThe original camera-only loom doesn't fit the harness thesis. With AI orchestrating cross-app signal, loom becomes the meta-mini-app — making is the rendering, not the input.
